Anytime we wanted to see a house, he was always willing to rearrange his schedule to meet our time frames. He made the process incredibly easy, he took extra steps other realtors don't, but should. We went through this process in the mist of COVID and he still made sure everything was flawless. He is a true professional and genuinely a nice guy. To find a more dedicated, educated and personable realtor is going to be tough! ZillowVERIFIED Ted is a lighthouse in the dark. His skills or only surpassed by his results. We were in a rush to sell to get our dream home. Then the storm of COVID hit the week we put it on the market! It was no problem for Ted to manage these rough waters amd make it happen above market value, no less! During the process, he guided is through the storm and we never felt safer. We knew the direction we were going and what our goals were. I know his reputation is that he is honest and sells homes at top dollar, but it's a completely different experience when it's you.

Ive worked with many realtors and there is a lot of talk, but with Ted there is action. He is in constant communication. I always know what is going on. Every obstacle or step that needs to be taken, I have someone that gives me my options with experienced advice. What I like most is he is not afraid of asking others for their feedback as well. We have different ideas of where we wanted to be in terms of locations, budget, and which list in a home. Ted helped us weight the pros and cons and give us an idea of how it affects our current and future family circumstances. This is not something everyone does. I have worked with 6 different realtors buying and selling multiple homes on the West Coast over the last 10 years. This is not usual. My wife and I were going to pull out of a home. We felt zero pressure from Ted and his team. Again, this is not usual. They sat with us and helped us weigh the pros and cons of this decision. I am so glad we decided to follow through with the home. It was a miscommunication that would have not been cleared up had Ted not taken the time and patience to sit with me. He is a great communicator, not shy about giving his honest opinion, but also listening to your questions and concerns. Teds advice was always gold and helped us sale our house for 50k over any house that ever sold in the neighborhood. The comfort of knowing he is looking out for you and your families best interest, walking you through the process of buying or selling your home in a clear and friendly manner would be enough for most people. Not for Ted, he goes the extra mile every time to ease you through the sometimes bumpy process. He doesn't try to cover issues, he works with all parties to come to a agreeable resolve. I simply couldn't imagine working with anyone else. As a example of his outstanding service, the purchasers of one of my homes chose Ted over their regular realtor to list their home in order to buy mine. Selling and closing two homes at once while keeping both parties informed must not have been an easy task. Ted kept us all informed and brought us to a timely closing on all parts.
