A House to Home Realty

I contracted with Susan Solar to sell our house in Berlin NH. She was always available for assistance and very knowledgeable about the market. I would highly recommend her as an agent.

Sue Solar was my Real Estate Agent for the selling of my home. She made the process as simple as it could be and kept me updated with every step. She was a pleasure to work with and knowledgeable in her field. If I am in need of another Real Estate Agent in the area I would work with Sue Solar again.

I walked into A House to Home Realty on a Tuesday morning to enquire about purchasing some undeveloped land, and by Thursday afternoon I had made an offer on a lot and had a signed contract on a piece of land that I fell in love with almost the moment I stepped foot on it. I have Pranee Powers to thank for that. From the moment I walked into the office, spoke to the receptionist and was introduced to Pranee, I knew I was in good hands. We sat down and started looking at some properties on her laptop after I had told her what I was looking for and what my budget was. She listened. She was supportive. She was professional, warm, had a great sense of humor, and I never felt pressured at all. I could tell she really wanted me to find the piece of land I was looking for, that would suit my needs. It was not about just making a sale. This was my first foray into buying property. I was only going to stop in to get the lay of the land. Now I own a beautiful spot that I will build my retirement home on, live off the grid, hunt on, and enjoy for the rest of my life. Pranee made that possible. She is amazing.

Highly Recommend Cassandra Cordeiro! Cassandra did an amazing job selling our home during a stressful time in a tough market. Unlike many inflexible realtors who don't work hard to move a property, Cassandra was a true partner. She listened to our needs, helped us set a competitive price for a quick transaction, and assisted with everything from staging to final negotiations. She always prioritized our goals and made a difficult process seamless. Whether you are buying or selling, use Cassandra if you want a dedicated professional who actually delivers results.

Our Realtor Pranee was excellent. Whenever we had questions, she was always available to answer it and helping us through out the purchase of our home. The agency as a whole was great guiding us through our home buying experience
