I walked into A House to Home Realty on a Tuesday morning to enquire about purchasing some undeveloped land, and by Thursday afternoon I had made an offer on a lot and had a signed contract on a piece of land that I fell in love with almost the moment I stepped foot on it. I have Pranee Powers to thank for that. From the moment I walked into the office, spoke to the receptionist and was introduced to Pranee, I knew I was in good hands. We sat down and started looking at some properties on her laptop after I had told her what I was looking for and what my budget was. She listened. She was supportive. She was professional, warm, had a great sense of humor, and I never felt pressured at all. I could tell she really wanted me to find the piece of land I was looking for, that would suit my needs. It was not about just making a sale. This was my first foray into buying property. I was only going to stop in to get the lay of the land. Now I own a beautiful spot that I will build my retirement home on, live off the grid, hunt on, and enjoy for the rest of my life. Pranee made that possible. She is amazing.

Pranee did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our home in Milan, NH. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive, answering all our questions and quickly gathering property information from the listing agent. Her local knowledge was invaluable; she recommended great local professionals for our inspections, which made the due diligence process seamless. Where Pranee truly shined was in her negotiation skills and process expertise. After our inspection revealed some needed repairs, she successfully help to negotiate a seller credit toward our closing costs and even managed to get the sellers to include some valuable property equipment at no extra cost. Furthermore, when we needed to adjust our timeline to protect our financing rate, Pranee expertly coordinated an addendum to move our closing date up. She is a fantastic advocate for her buyers, and we highly recommend her!
