A New Dawn Realty

When purchasing our 1st home, my husband and I spoke with a few different realtors looking at many different homes. We happen to come across a home that was being sold thru Kris Cayton. Even though that wasn't the exact home for us, (and myself being very picky) Kris was very patient about meeting us at many other houses and helping us not settle until we found the right home for our family. He knows the "in's and out's" of buying and selling homes. I would only recommend him as a realtor. After 7 years, he is the only one that my family will use on our next adventure to locate the next home for us. And also in selling our current home. If you are looking for a home, and want someone to be honest, more like a friend and not just someone doing their "job", I would highly recommend you to contact Kris for your next purchase.

It must have took us two years to find the right place. Kris never hesitated to show us a house. Kris was there when we needed him, nights weekends, whenever. Kris also directed us through the home buying process inspections to mortgage lenders! We had an awesome experience!

I called Kris regarding a home I was interested in. He answered my call and all my questions in a very professional manner, no pressure sales. He was very informed about the house I was interested in.

Kris, is very a very helpful realtor. He helped my family find the home of our dreams. He helped us to stay on budget, and to find a home in the community that we liked. With the school system that we liked. If we every need a realtor in the future we will use Kris to make our next move an enjoyable experience.

This was our first experience selling a home. Kris was very helpful and kept us informed along the way. We were prepared for every step of the process as best as possible. Would recommend him to others!
