ZillowVERIFIEDI called Kris regarding a home I was interested in. He answered my call and all my questions in a very professional manner, no pressure sales. He was very informed about the house I was interested in.
ZillowVERIFIEDThis was our first experience selling a home. Kris was very helpful and kept us informed along the way. We were prepared for every step of the process as best as possible. Would recommend him to others!
ZillowVERIFIEDWhen purchasing our 1st home, my husband and I spoke with a few different realtors looking at many different homes. We happen to come across a home that was being sold thru Kris Cayton. Even though that wasn't the exact home for us, (and myself being very picky) Kris was very patient about meeting us at many other houses and helping us not settle until we found the right home for our family. He knows the "in's and out's" of buying and selling homes. I would only recommend him as a realtor. After 7 years, he is the only one that my family will use on our next adventure to locate the next home for us. And also in selling our current home. If you are looking for a home, and want someone to be honest, more like a friend and not just someone doing their "job", I would highly recommend you to contact Kris for your next purchase.
ZillowVERIFIEDKris, is very a very helpful realtor. He helped my family find the home of our dreams. He helped us to stay on budget, and to find a home in the community that we liked. With the school system that we liked. If we every need a realtor in the future we will use Kris to make our next move an enjoyable experience.
ZillowVERIFIEDIt must have took us two years to find the right place. Kris never hesitated to show us a house. Kris was there when we needed him, nights weekends, whenever. Kris also directed us through the home buying process inspections to mortgage lenders! We had an awesome experience!
ZillowVERIFIEDKris was our realtor when searching for our home and when we were selling a grandparent's home. Kris was very helpful in guiding us through the process and. This was our first experience for both. He was not pushy in any way and we really appreciated that. I would recommend Kris to anyone that wants a great experience and the least amount of stress as possible! Kris is concerned about what you want and that was important to us.
ZillowVERIFIEDKris is always available when I need to look at a house. He has shown me numerous houses and has never complained about the house hunt I send him on. We have found some interesting houses for sale and he keeps answering my call when I find another house to look at. He is a great real estate agent and always willing to go that extra mile. Thank you Kris for all you have done for me on this house hunt!
ZillowVERIFIEDKris Cayton is a conscientious agent. He is very friendly and is always willing to answer your questions. He strives to find you a home that suites your needs.
ZillowVERIFIEDKris was so helpful in the house searching process. He also went the extra mile by sharing his advice and time once the house closing occurred. I highly recommend his services!
