Stacy is our buying agent. We are really impressed by Stacy's flexibility and patience to our multiple times requests of touring houses. She has deep knowledge about the Denver house market and area. She knows how to walk through a house to find the issues. Her contract planning was very well organized. She also helped us to find good inspector, good contractors for some fixing works for the house we bought. We are not local Denver buyer. Stacy is our first trustable friend in Denver after we bought our house. I would strongly recommend her to be your agent. You will not regret to have Stacy as your agent.

We got connected with Stacy through a friend in Ohio and could not have been happier with our experience. It took us 18 months to find the perfect home and Stacy was SO patient with us. She consistantly showed us listings in the area we loved and never tried to sway us away from that area. There were times when we were losing patience with ourselves but she stuck with us and now we are living in the home of our dreams. She is super knowledgeable about the market and was very responsive whenever we had a question. We cannot recommend Stacy highly enough!

I worked with Stacy on the purchase and then sale of my house and it was an exceptionally positive experience. She is warm and professional and totally real. I needed her expertise with some of the nuances as both the buyer and the seller and I was very grateful for her guidance. I would not have wanted to go through the process either time with a different person. I wholeheartedly recommend Stacy!

Stacy Weinstein was fabulous to have as the key player on our quest for a new home in Littleton, Colorado. We began working with her more than a year before we actually moved, but she never wavered from her search for a townhome for us. We were 1,500 miles away, but when she found something she felt was appropriate for us, she'd call our daughter (she lives in Littleton) to have her take a look for us. She made what could have been a very difficult transition so much easier. Her patience to go the extra mile to find just the right new home for us made us very confident that we had chosen our agent very well. We were lucky to find her, and will recommend her as a real estate agent without any reservations.

Stacy was amazing from start to finish. She knows the market and got started immediately when we wanted to list our house for sale. She kept us up to date very step of the way, supported what we wanted but also helped set reasonable expectations for selling our home. She went above and beyond and I know that is why we sold our home as quickly as we did. I highly recommend working with her.
