ReviewI worked with Stacy on the purchase and then sale of my house and it was an exceptionally positive experience. She is warm and professional and totally real. I needed her expertise with some of the nuances as both the buyer and the seller and I was very grateful for her guidance. I would not have wanted to go through the process either time with a different person. I wholeheartedly recommend Stacy!

Review Stacy Weinstein was fabulous to have as the key player on our quest for a new home in Littleton, Colorado. We began working with her more than a year before we actually moved, but she never wavered from her search for a townhome for us. We were 1,500 miles away, but when she found something she felt was appropriate for us, she'd call our daughter (she lives in Littleton) to have her take a look for us. She made what could have been a very difficult transition so much easier. Her patience to go the extra mile to find just the right new home for us made us very confident that we had chosen our agent very well. We were lucky to find her, and will recommend her as a real estate agent without any reservations.

Review We got connected with Stacy through a friend in Ohio and could not have been happier with our experience. It took us 18 months to find the perfect home and Stacy was SO patient with us. She consistantly showed us listings in the area we loved and never tried to sway us away from that area. There were times when we were losing patience with ourselves but she stuck with us and now we are living in the home of our dreams. She is super knowledgeable about the market and was very responsive whenever we had a question. We cannot recommend Stacy highly enough!

Review Stacy is our buying agent. We are really impressed by Stacy's flexibility and patience to our multiple times requests of touring houses. She has deep knowledge about the Denver house market and area. She knows how to walk through a house to find the issues. Her contract planning was very well organized. She also helped us to find good inspector, good contractors for some fixing works for the house we bought. We are not local Denver buyer. Stacy is our first trustable friend in Denver after we bought our house. I would strongly recommend her to be your agent. You will not regret to have Stacy as your agent.

Review Stacy was amazing from start to finish. She knows the market and got started immediately when we wanted to list our house for sale. She kept us up to date very step of the way, supported what we wanted but also helped set reasonable expectations for selling our home. She went above and beyond and I know that is why we sold our home as quickly as we did. I highly recommend working with her.

Review My family had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Stacy Weinstein! Selling the house as part of a probate process was anxiety producing and timelines were tight. We had met with other realtors who focused on recommendations to prep the home for the market, working from a deficit point of view. Stacy brought an asset-based mindset to the process which was greatly appreciated. Her kindness, can-do attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond really stood out. Stacy's knowledge of the market and the process made us feel confident in every decision that needed to be made. She explained everything clearly, offered options, and made recommendations She was incredibly diligent, making sure every detail was taken care of as smoothly as possible. We couldn't have asked for a better partner in selling our home.

Review We met Stacy through Zillow last summer. Any listing we wanted to see, she made sure we were able to see, regardless of her convenience. She effortlessly assisted us through several difficult situations. When we found the home we wanted, her experience with the process led to a smooth trouble-free closing. She also skillfully negotiated the best outcome when selling our previous property. Having been through many real estate transactions, Stacy is by far the best, and weve found a great friend!

Review Zillow connected us with Stacy and it was the best all around experience. The original house we were interested in was already pending however, Stacy immediately asked the important questions relevant to us and what we were looking for in a property. It was very evident immediately that she actually listened to our wants! Stacy is very knowledgable of the local areas, home buying process and Stacy & her staff were always very responsive to any and all of our questions and concerns. We greatly appreciated Stacy's open, honest and transparent communication with us at all times. The 21 day close was a little additional added stress but Stacy made it easy for us. When it comes time to buy another house in CO our first person to reach out to will be Stacy Weinstein without hesitation!! Can't say enough great things about Stacy!

Review Stacy was highly recommended to us and she did not disappoint. This was our first home purchase. She exceeded our expectations and guided us through thick and thin. She does not suffer fools and helped us through some trying negotiations. She is a lovely person to be around and has a lovely sense of humor as well! She and her team (hey Chris!) are great with phone calls, texts, and emails. Her explanations of the home buying process was clear, calm, and she had answers to all of our questions.

Review Stacy is INCREDIBLE! I flew in to town on Thursday, received a job offer that night & was out house hunting with Stacy on Friday. I had to go back to California & did not return until the day before closing on my new home. This was only possible because of Stacy. She helped me every step of the way. From being at my home inspection & lining up appts for my repairs so I didnt have to worry about a thing. I am so grateful for her professionalism & kindness through what could have been a very stressful process. You will not regret using Stacy for your real estate needs!!

Review Spectacular experience with Stacy. Absolutely the best at fighting for the best possible deal for the purchase of my house. This purchase included some extra work that needed attorneys to get involved and she took care of everything. Also, she has great contacts for contractors and handymen (or handywomen). All around knowledge base is just amazing! I've already referred her to friends that have made purchases and have had similar results with her.My interactions with Stacy were on the purchase of a new home as well as listing and selling my old home.

Review Stacy's professionalism manifests itself in the fact that she gets to know her clients on a personal level and she recognizes that its not just about selling Real Estate, but understanding that Real Estate is a very personal and emotional decision. Stacy does not "try to sell you". She truly matches you with your future dreams! I would highly recommend working with Stacy in any Real Estate endeavors.
