I commend John. It was a tough sale and no poor realtor deserves what we drug him through. We were out of state without one visit to the property during the listing or closing. We were in a weird sub-market that made comparisons difficult. The property was occupied by a tenant. Buyers backed out, their agents regurgitating bad information while HOA agents wouldn't return calls. The listing was long and discouraging.John didn't cause this grief. Rather, he's the only reason we succeeded!John stayed with us when I was about ready to throw in the towel. He was always on it and we would not have sold without him. And he did this while we were 1200 miles away; we still haven't met face to face. I hope to never have such a dark and ugly experience again, but if I do, I'll be calling John without hesitation! (If I were him I'd run the other way.)

Thank goodness we had John to help us when we were looking for our family home in this crazy market. Not only is John a Boulder, Colorado local who knows the ins and outs of this community, but he's honest! John found a new home for my family that was THE perfect fit. My husband and I were engaged when we started looking and we wanted to find something we could grow a family in. John was never afraid to tell us if he thought a property we looked at had flaws or was a rip off and this really helped us to grow our trust in him. We knew that he wasn't just trying to score a deal, but had really taken the time to listen to what we ultimately wanted, even if our judgment got clouded in all the chaos of the market place. It's tough out there right now folks and we found that John was not only someone we had fun hanging out with while house hunting, but really a very shrewd and knowledgable realtor. PS. Did I mention he also sold both of our original homes for us? John kicks some real-estate butt!
