6035 Real Estate Group

Ruth brought many years of real estate experience with her to help us sell our house. She paid to have our house professionally cleaned prior to listing and offered staging advice to showcase the highlights of our home. She provided extra decor and props to enhance the beauty of our home. She went above and beyond what most real estate agents normally do. I highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home in the Colorado Springs area.

Ruth is very kind and helpful. With her decades of experience, she has a keen eye for finding good deals around Colorado Springs. She is also incredibly well networked for finding us a great mortgage lender and handy person. Definitely recommend!

I've had the pleasure of working with Ruth twice aEUR" once in 2018 when she helped me purchase my home, and again recently when I sold it before relocating out of state. During my first experience, I was working night shift, and Ruth was incredibly understanding and accommodating of my schedule. She made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Years later, I came back to Ruth when it was time to sell, and she delivered again. Despite me having already moved out of state, she seamlessly coordinated multiple inspections, a carpet replacement, and a roof replacement aEUR" handling everything so I didn't have to. Her ability to manage the details remotely gave me complete peace of mind. Ruth is professional, reliable, and genuinely cares about her clients. I couldn't recommend her more highly!

What an amazing experience it was working with Ruth. I have heard horror stories about some realtors but Ruth is the complete opposite. She is extremely knowledgeable in her profession, takes her job seriously and makes the buyer her priority. If you happen to get in contact with Ruth then expect an easy home buying experience. An amazing realtor and an even better person!

This was our second time working with Ruth in the last year. If it were possible, Id use her as my agent 100 more times! She stayed on top of all the details, and timeline to purchase communicating without delay. Ruths 20+ career in the Colorado Springs arena is certainly an advantage. Do yourself a favor if you are moving to the area, be sure to connect with Ruth King!!
