She listened to our concerns and gave appropriate answers. The first cash buyer offered the asking price within a week. However, it was contingent on the sale of their house, and it fell through. We took it off the market in the winter because sales weren't expected but it sold again within a week when we put it back on the market. Ruth is very responsive to any question or concern you might have. Ruth is highly recommended!

Ruth initially was the realtor when my brother purchased his home in July of 2023. He suddenly passed away less than one month after moving in. All our family lived in other states outside Colorado so we needed complete guidance a Ruth was there every step of the way. My 90 year old Mom had to travel between Oregon and Colorado and Ruth took complete care of her throughout her stay, evening picking her up and taking her to the airport. When we contacted Ruth, she immediately got back to us. She has become a dear friend throughout this process. And even during these turbulent times, Ruth was able to find a buyer and we were able to sell my Brothers house in just weeks and it closed immediately. My wife and I have dealt with many agents over our 46 plus years together. But Ruth topped them all. What I experienced with her is something I felt was almost non-existent anymore. Total customer service. After working with her for just a very short time, I had total confidence she would do whatever it took to represent us in a favorable manor. I will not go into detail, but I will say that if not for Ruth, we would have never received the house we are in today, and she was also responsible for many of our new home upgrades. When our house was being built, she was driving to the site every WEEK, sending us pictures of the status of our new home ( we were still out of state). She would provide us constant updates, no matter what day of the week. Ruth also gave us advice on selling our own home, out of state. She got us connected with a carpet installer and a roofer who were both fantastic. She dealt with getting photos of the house too. Oh, and she had a pre-listing inspection done! We left town while showings were going on and Ruth sent us updates as to how many showings each day, how many agents said their buyers were interested, and when each offer came in and whether it was a good one or not.Ruth is professional and kind.
