Malcom did an amazing job. He was very quick to answer any questions we had. He was available at all hours of the day, including a message he sent after midnight one day. He never made us feel like he was too busy for us. It felt like we were his only clients. He showed us properties all around the mid Michigan area and would offer some great tips while viewing each house. 10 out of 10, I would recommend him to anyone looking for an agent.

Malcolm is an amazing realtor and I cannot say enough good things about my experience with him. I would recommend him to anyone. My sister, brother and I were looking to buy a vacation lake house when we met Malcolm through Zillow. Over the course of several months, he showed us numerous homes and was always patient with us. One of the best things about our experience were the homes we did NOT see. Malcolm quickly understood what we were looking for and he would thoroughly vet any property we were interested in. He would contact the sellers realtor and ask lots of questions about the property. Then, he would report back and tell us why we might like it or why it was not for us. And his assessments were right on. We learned quickly that we could trust his advice and this saved us an immense amount of time, esp as we were driving 3 hours one way to look at these properties. When we had a house fall through on inspection, he was invaluable and immensely helpful at navigating that. When our location changed, Malcolm stuck with us and drove the extra distance. He was knowledgeable about the prices and how to make offers that would be accepted. Honestly, there was not a single question that he could not answer because he would put in the work to find an answer. I do not believe that we would have found our lake house without Malcolm and his guidance. And I am so grateful that Zillow brought us together.

Malcolm made the process of finding and purchasing a house that fit our needs simple and efficient for my family and me. Highly professional and a good communicator, especially when it came time to go over paperwork that would have been complicated to interpret without guidance.
