Malcolm is an amazing realtor and I cannot say enough good things about my experience with him. I would recommend him to anyone. My sister, brother and I were looking to buy a vacation lake house when we met Malcolm through Zillow. Over the course of several months, he showed us numerous homes and was always patient with us. One of the best things about our experience were the homes we did NOT see. Malcolm quickly understood what we were looking for and he would thoroughly vet any property we were interested in. He would contact the sellers realtor and ask lots of questions about the property. Then, he would report back and tell us why we might like it or why it was not for us. And his assessments were right on. We learned quickly that we could trust his advice and this saved us an immense amount of time, esp as we were driving 3 hours one way to look at these properties. When we had a house fall through on inspection, he was invaluable and immensely helpful at navigating that. When our location changed, Malcolm stuck with us and drove the extra distance. He was knowledgeable about the prices and how to make offers that would be accepted. Honestly, there was not a single question that he could not answer because he would put in the work to find an answer. I do not believe that we would have found our lake house without Malcolm and his guidance. And I am so grateful that Zillow brought us together.

Malcome was extremely helpful with the purchase of my first home. He answered all questions and was willing to work around my schedule to do so. Always a prompt response and was willing to communicate over text/email as well as phone. I was impressed with his level of knowledge, and his help with keeping the purchase moving forward as quickly as possible. Definitely reach out to Malcolm if youre new to homebuying as he was a lifesaver.

Absolutely fantastic Agent. Malcolm was not only extremely helpful in our home buying process, but also incredibly patient while my fiance and I dealt with issues from our mortgage broker (that?s what I get for not going with one he recommended haha). I can not recommend Malcolm enough to anyone looking for an honest, helpful, and knowledgeable agent to help them in their home buying process in Mid-Michigan.

Malcolm has renewed my faith in realtors! Over the course of a decade and a half I had attempted to sell my country rental property in mid Michigan four separate times. Each time I had chosen a realtor to manage the process I had been let down and forced to pull the listing from the market. Due to a recent tenant evaluation had decided to attempt to sell again. In walks Malcolm. I cannot think of an expectation Malcolm did not exceed! Not only did he sell the home quickly, but he was also able to professionally and efficiently handle each and every detail- and believe me there were many!! Hands down he is the best realtor out there.

Malcolm went above and beyond my expectations for the entire process. He stayed in communication, answered any and all questions (because there was a ton) and had amazing suggestions for things I did not even think of. He truly is a breath of fresh air in what can seem like a cut throat and ruthless business. He made the entire buying of a home feel super easy and stress free.

He was very helpful! As a first time homeowner I was very overwhelmed, but Malcolm checked frequently to see if I had any questions and broke down the process step by step.

We had a great experience with Malcolm in buying a house this last year. His communication was prompt and straight forward. We always felt well aware of our options and were well informed of the possible costs and risks of buying the property. He did a great job navigating the process and was always pleasant and never pushy. Would definitely use him again in buying a future property.

When we first caught a glimpse of a home we thought might be a fit, we contacted this agent to help us gather useful information to make a good decision. Malcolm was quick to get back to us on any issue or question, and if he doesn't know the answer, he's relentless on finding it quickly. He also has a farming background, which comes in useful when understand the lay of the land, water run-off, trees and landscaping details, the state of the exterior of a house... He's also honest and fair. He won't hesitate to give you an honest answer. In the end, this can save thousands of dollars. Choosing Malcolm will help give you the information you need to make a new place your home.
