He worked hard to get me the place that I wanted. Great attitude as well! He is a great individual to work with. He responds very quickly to any questions.

I live in Florida and my wife and I were looking in East TN area east of Nashville. Victoria definitely covered the area. The first appt was for 9:00AM just north of Crossville. I had just checked out of the motel I was staying in. Waited 20 Minutes and called the office after nobody showed. Turns out Victoria had an emergency and was not coming. BUT nobody called me? Waited another 20 minutes until another realtor showed up, not familiar with house. The second time I came up to see a house the appt was 2:00PM. Again I waited 20 minutes then called...she said she had to detour to get to the house...waited one hour and 20 minutes (80minutes) until another real esate agent showed. Victoria showed up 15 minutes later. I told the agent I had questions that I needed answered...nobody got back to me. I did purchase the house...but wasn't pleased with how the whole process turned out. I had to have the seller fill me in with details, keys, openers. Nobody from 1 source showed for closing. Her office did get back to me in a timely manner with several homes via email/cell.

Kevin helped me find my forever home. He went above and beyond what any other Realtor has done for me in the past. I would recommend him to anyone who is currently looking to sale their home or buy a home. Hes truly honest and puts the people first!

very knowledgeable about the process. Kevin took care of all the loose ends since I live in another state. Great personality and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend him.

Kevin has been an AWESOME agent for us. We live in Phoenix, Az and are moving to Tennessee. We drove across country with my mom in law, who is 72 and retired, to meet this wonderful person. His honesty and dedication ti finding us the right property has been amazing. We have not only found what we need but made a life long friend. If you want someone who puts client interests first with a no nonsense approach, he is your go-to guy. His knowledge if the area was so helpful. Thank you Kevin, for all your hard work. We appreciate you and love Celina.
