ZillowVERIFIEDI live in Florida and my wife and I were looking in East TN area east of Nashville. Victoria definitely covered the area. The first appt was for 9:00AM just north of Crossville. I had just checked out of the motel I was staying in. Waited 20 Minutes and called the office after nobody showed. Turns out Victoria had an emergency and was not coming. BUT nobody called me? Waited another 20 minutes until another realtor showed up, not familiar with house. The second time I came up to see a house the appt was 2:00PM. Again I waited 20 minutes then called...she said she had to detour to get to the house...waited one hour and 20 minutes (80minutes) until another real esate agent showed. Victoria showed up 15 minutes later. I told the agent I had questions that I needed answered...nobody got back to me. I did purchase the house...but wasn't pleased with how the whole process turned out. I had to have the seller fill me in with details, keys, openers. Nobody from 1 source showed for closing. Her office did get back to me in a timely manner with several homes via email/cell.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Victoria and her team to purchase a home. Victoria was really awesome. We were moving in from out of state, quite some ways away. And, we were under some VERY short and critical deadlines to locate a place and close, so that we could relocate. Victoria took some big chunks out of her schedule on rather short notice to assist us; spending days with us, staying up late to pour over numerous opportunities. She really owned our journey like she was buying the home herself. We were able to find the perfect house for us, meeting pretty much all the goals we had. We had to do much of our negotiating and house inspections remotely, since we weren't local for much of the process. Victoria and her team assisted us through it all and brought it all together. In addition, Victoria was VERY patient with me during this process, which was quite a feat really, given my stress through this process. :) We greatly appreciate all that Victoria did for us and HIGHLY recommend her and her team.

ZillowVERIFIED Our home was listed with another agent one year before we listed with Victoria. During that six month contract, the home was shown twice! We were so nervous to go through the process again. Victoria took the time to answer every single question we had. She made us very comfortable with the whole process. She even had professional pictures made of our home. Victoria pits the listing on multiple sites so that it shows in all of the surrounding areas. We listed the house on a Friday afternoon. We had two showings the following Monday morning. There was an offer on the home Wednesday and by Friday it was under contract.

He had advised just a week earlier that he would not be available and that Victoria would be assisting us with our home search once we arrived. Victoria contacted us via email just a few days after we arrived to let us know that she was available to assist us as soon as we needed and that she would be happy to answer any questions that we had. I let her know that I had chosen a few houses but would rely on any other input she may have based on her extensive knowledge of the area.
