Joe is an outstanding realtor! Most of our friends have worked with Joe when purchasing their homes, and that is for a reason! He is very knowledgeable about the local market, easy to work with, and very sharp. The thing that really stood out to us about Joe is his ability to problem solve in complex sales. Joe handled every challenge with confidence, clarity, and professionalism. The entire process was a well managed one because of Joe. Thank you, Joe!

Joe was great every step of the way - Flexible, available, and willing to answer all my questions. His knowledge of Worcester properties made him invaluable. Joe was patient as I decided which house to go with. He also had a lot of knowledge about home inspections and old houses. Highly recommend.

Joe was a huge help - we learned a ton as first time homebuyers who went into this knowing nothing. He connected us with multiple helpful parties and was patient with us as we took months to find the right fit. Joe's negotiating skills helped us cleanly navigate a last minute issue and made closing easy. We would highly recommend working with him.

Joe has been our agent for many years. When we finally found the house of our dreams he was there every step of the way and helped us put in our winning bid in a very competitive sale. Once our home purchase was completed, Joe was a tremendous help in getting our previous home ready for sale, establishing our selling price and preparing the house and property for maximum positive effect. We were able to get an offer that was above our asking price. We would recommend Joe in the highest way to anyone looking for an agent.

Joe was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and knowledgeable when it came to selling the property. Joe was responsive with any questions or concerns we had and always kept us updated. He made a stressful situation a much smoother and positive experience. I would highly recommend Joe for any real estate needs.
