The real estate market is quite competitive so when I decided to pursue purchasing a condo on a Wednesday, I never thought I would find one, make an offer, and have it accepted within 5 days but Joe made it happen. The process was smooth, he frequently communicated at all steps in the process which was helpful since I was unfamiliar with the details of a real estate transaction. He arranged for me to get into the condo to take measurements of the space. Lastly, I ordered a piece of furniture that came two weeks early and before the closing. He promptly addressed the situation by being in touch with the seller's agent and moved the furniture into the garage for me which I feel was above and beyond. I can't recommend him enough!

ZillowVERIFIED We hired Joe to market an office condo that we could not sell when we last tried. Our previous agent did not bring in any potential buyers at all. We had to rely on Joe completely, as we had moved out of town a few years ago. He showed the property to six people in short order and jumped through hoops to make sure the condo association's requirements would be met. He facilitated meetings over Zoom and managed communications among the potential buyers, the building manager, the condo association board, the lawyers, and us. We would have had two offers, but we had already accepted one. Joe repeatedly offered to do whatever was needed to facilitate the sale, and it went through on schedule and without a hitch. His communication with us was always respectful, clear and helpful. Our only regret is that we did not know Joe and hire him when we sold our home three years ago.
