Shane, April, Amy, and the rest of the team had to work very hard to get us into our new home. They were very knowledgeable in giving us loan options and answering questions through the whole process. The whole team helped us overcome several challenges while purchasing the new home.

What a challenge and journey to get to our new home. Dani Gray accepted the challenge to find a small home with a 3 car garage! She was patient, took us to several locations regardless of destination, provided guidance regarding the area, and found the home during our 3-day visit to the area! She was our advocate throughout the process and extremely responsive to all questions and inquiries. The transaction manager, April Lukens, managed all the paperwork and signatures for the offer, amendments, inspections, work estimates, and coordinating with the title company. Our work estimates came in higher than expected and we thought we would lose the house. Dani and April provided the facts and figures to the listing agent and got us over the final hurdle to closing. Excellent team with fantastic communication and customer service skills!

Team member David Keeter assisted us from listing to closing. He communicated with us a good amount, listened as needed, and gave his opinion also as needed. His suggestions helped our home look wonderful for the professional photographer. His negotiation skills were excellent throughout and helped us get a fair price. April helped keep us on track when our minds were definitely overcrowded. Thank you all. Easiest sale ever!
