A key was that Noel listened to our needs and thoughts and showed us properties that fit our "profile". When a condo was just not going to fit our needs, Noel immediately located and showed us the townhouse we decided to buy. The other brokers were not near as responsive as Noel.As to selling our house, Noel recognized that we had did improvements for the sale that were well above the norm. When Noel spoke to the prospective buyer she explained well to them that we had gone "over and above" to provide an incredible value to the buyer. The buyer limited their "fix-it needs" to only two key issues. That helped us greatly.Noel recommended professionals, like the inspector, mover, attic cleaner, etc. All of them were absolutely great and did what we needed with top quality. Buying a new home after 38 years living at the home where we raised our children was stressful and emotional. Noel was patient, comforting and understanding to the emotions and helped us get it all done in less than 5 weeks!!!! No way we get there without Noel.Noel showed to be a great counselor to us and became a friend. She was great at the business side, but just as adept at the personal side involving homes. We have worked with real estate brokers before and Noel is hands-down the Best!
