He put together a great marketing plan for selling my home and was very strategic in picking the optimum time to put the home up for sale. After moving out, he recommended staging the property which turned out beautifully. His daughter also took beautiful photos and helped him with marketing our home. Once the home was listed, he negotiated a full price contract within 48 hours. After the contract was signed, Dan was instrumental in dealing with multiple issues before final settlement. I had moved out of state and was not able to manage any issues directly that arose. He had a network of dependable contractors and coordinated moving, cleanout, cleaning, new carpeting, staging, and maintaining the landscaping. I was required to upgrade my septic system and Dan coordinated permitting, installation, and cleanup. He communicated frequently and was always readily available and quick to follow up. We were so fortunate to have him as our realtor - he really treated the property as if it were his own. I dont know how I could have sold my home without him, and I recommend Dan for anyones real estate needs.
