My father had a reverse mortgage so I wanted an agent who understood reverse mortgages and how to deal with that aspect of things during a home sale and Laura definitely did. I live in Florida but that really didn?t complicate anything at all. Laura is very knowledgeable, motivated, detail oriented and easy to work with! She had me download an app where I could view the listing and was alerted to every showing and also feedback from the agents and their clients. She responded to our call promptly and helped us get our home on the market without adding to our moving stress. Laura and her team worked diligently to find a buyer. During the closing process there were numerous challenges with the pre-approved buyers lender never being able to meet any settlement date. Laura recommended a local lender and our settlement went off as planned. Its probably fairly easy to close on a property when everything goes smoothly but it takes a truly dedicated and competent team to handle a problem settlement.
