Re/Max Leading Edge

Great home buying experience with James. He focuses in on what you want in a home and is diligent in finding a place to meet those needs. Very thorough and informative throughout the process so you are always aware of every aspect of your future home whether it be location, current/future value, potential upcoming expenses, etc. Would highly recommend!

Carol is amazing! Let me start off by saying my husband and I were first-time buyers, and we were clueless about the whole process. Two months before our lease was up, we decided we wanted to purchase a home. A tight timeline, yes, but once we found Carol, we had an offer put in and accepted in less than two weeks for an awesome condo in a really nice area. She even got the seller to pay all closing costs in this crazy sellers market. In the 30 days before closing, I never felt like I didnt know what was going on or what to expect. I was nervous about buying our first home, but Carol made it so, so easy. If youre a first-time buyer, using a VA home loan, dont know anything about buying a home, or just want an awesome buyers agent who will stand up for you and get you what you need, do not hesitate to contact Carol. Youll be in good hands.

My second great experience with James, first buying a house and most recently selling a house. Both were very positive experiences and he worked very hard both times.

James is phenomenal. As a first time homebuyer, the process can be complex and intimidating. James made the whole process straight forward and easy. He is very responsive and was patient with all of my stupid questions. He also found the house that I eventually bought! I will definitely be working with James in the future.

We had a great home selling experience with James. We live out of state and James helped us sell our rental home in MD. James is honest and trustworthy. Throughout the process, James was responsive and kept an open, consistent line of communication. Very grateful for the work he did to get our house sold.
