ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a great home selling experience with James. We live out of state and James helped us sell our rental home in MD. James is honest and trustworthy. Throughout the process, James was responsive and kept an open, consistent line of communication. Very grateful for the work he did to get our house sold.

ZillowVERIFIED James is phenomenal. As a first time homebuyer, the process can be complex and intimidating. James made the whole process straight forward and easy. He is very responsive and was patient with all of my stupid questions. He also found the house that I eventually bought! I will definitely be working with James in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED My second great experience with James, first buying a house and most recently selling a house. Both were very positive experiences and he worked very hard both times.

ZillowVERIFIED James Wolfe is absolutely one of the most professional, sincere, and caring agents that I have ever worked with in the industry. He truly puts the needs of his clients first and showed his professionalism and sincerity throughout the entire process. At one point, we had a cash offer that we seriously entertained, which would have removed James from the transaction entirely. He truly wanted me to do what was best for me and my family, even if it meant losing his commission and not being part of the transaction. As fate would have it, we ended up listing our property with him and ended up with a more favorable bottom line. He is a true professional and I would highly recommend his services.

ZillowVERIFIED I was blessed in finding James. His patience, knowledge, and experience saved me and educated me in finding the right match for me in the end. I, being a first-time home buyer had no clue as to the buying process. James explained everything I needed to know and what to expect which made the journey "Stress-Free". James was front and center in keeping me up to date as the process continued through phone, email, and text. If I had a question or concern, James would surely respond in no-time with an answer. I cannot thank him enough or show my appreciation for his guidance to the most important purchase of my life. Thank you, James!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I don't think this deal would have closed if I did not have James as my agent. He is honest and goes above and beyond for his clients. I was selling a property in MD and I live out of state. James was my eyes and ears through a renovation and held my hand through the entire process. He went the extra mile to help me find trustworthy people to renovate my property and checked on it to make sure everything was being done properly. He helped me make an informed decision on how to price my listing to sell and his knowledge of the market sold it quickly. James is so easy to work with. I cannot say enough about James's expertise, market knowledge and professionalism.

ZillowVERIFIED James was the best! He was knowledgeable, always available and professional. He offered feedback on what I could expect, preparations that were needed and discussed pricing. Friendly at all times and interested in the progress being made early on in getting ready for the listing.

ZillowVERIFIED James was nothing short of fantastic!! From the first time I met him all the way to the settlement table, he was with me, guiding me through the entire process. He never seemed frustrated with all the questions I asked and always had an answer on the spot, or got back to me with the answer. He understands the market, knows the area well, and for sure knows the real estate business! I would highly recommend James because he will make your homeownership dream a reality -- he did for me!!

ZillowVERIFIED James was very patient in helping me find a home. He would regularly suggest about 4-5 homes in whatever area I requested and adjusted his recommendations very accurately based on what features I requested. Throughout the searching process, I switched my search from a small, single family house to looking for a townhouse in reaction to seeing a few places and James switched his recommendations readily for me without hesitation. He definitely works for the buyer and was willing to show any home I asked for within a day or two that I requested. Great realtor and I appreciate all of his hard work and patience.

ZillowVERIFIED First James helped my family and I find a rental home after relocating from Southern California to Washington, DC suburbs. James then helped us find a home to buy the following year and was very knowledgeable about all processes of the sale our home as it was a "short sale". As realtors go, you could do no better than James Wolfe !!!

ZillowVERIFIED He was really patient with me throughout the five years of thinking of buying a house in Heritage Harbour. And when I finally put an offer on a townhouse, he was patient with my nerves and questions. The loan officer (?title) that he recommended was equally as patient.

ZillowVERIFIED When my wife and I moved from our apartment in Odenton to our first house together in Waldorf...James drove all the way out of his area range to close on our home. He is extremely professional in all aspects of his career, and just easy to work with. I would recommend anyone and everyone to sell or buy with him.

ZillowVERIFIED James made excellent recommendations on areas of my home that needed to be updated in order to maximize my profit. I had the need to speak with him many times during the process and he was ALWAYS there to answer all of my questions. His knowledge of the real estate market and his marketing skills are superb. ZillowVERIFIED I worked with James in buying a home in Crofton. By far, the experience was the best I've had to date in working with a realtor. James is extremely professional, knowledgeable and was able to get all of the "must haves" I was looking for in my new home. He helped me find the perfect home for my family. He genuinely cares about his clients and it shows throughout the process and well after we closed. I've sought his advice on real estate matters and he's always been there, without hesitation, to help.
