Your white picket fence, custom built ranch home awaits, ready for your personal touches. Great spacious lot! The kitchen has ample cabinets (could use new pulls), all appliances currently here will stay (work but older), dining room next to it. There is a attached bonus room, great for sunroom or additional table space that leads to the deck (some boards need redone) and spacious fenced back yard with garden shed. The front living room has front porch access that expands the entire front of home and adjoins the dining room option. The owner's suite has a private bath through an arched doorway with double sinks, shower and XL walk in closet. Bedroom 2 has yard access and a walk in closet too. Full bath across the hall. Both baths have granite counter tops. OVERSIZED 2 car garage with overhead storage. Laundry closet is off of kitchen. Located on a cul de sac near the river. This is a family member selling the home, so never lived there. Home is being sold overall in AS IS condition due to that but will be reasonable on ensuring normal working condition of main items to work with buyer. Septic and well tests have been done to ensure all is good too.
