Have you been looking for a quality Divide Ranch and Club lot that's priced right? This lot, located on the west side of the course is level-saving you tens of thousands in excavation and landscaping costs. It's located on the west side of the development, not far from the Clubhouse. This makes getting on and off the course easier than other properties. It is also not on one of the holes, keeping your home away from flying golf balls and traffic. The property is beautifully treed with ponderosas pinons and cedars. You'll love the paved roads leading to your home-all the way from Ridgway. Take your bike, motorcycle or classic car for a spin any time you'd like without having to worry about the slop and dust of gravel roads. Divide Ranch is the area's top golf community and you'll love the 'vibe' here. Many who live here are simply enjoying the location-right in the middle of everything that SW Colorado has to offer. Ouray, Silverton, Ridgway and Telluride are all easy drives, and you'll love the shopping and commercial airport up in Montrose. Whether you're planning to simply buy now and hold on to the lot until you're ready to build down the road or it's time to find a builder right now so that you can start planning your Colorado home this lot is perfect!
