(If you do not have an agent and work directly with the listing agent)
Snowberry Lane is one of those special areas that is out of the way from those usual Ouray County, Log Hill areas. It includes an enclave of 6 parcels, known as the Pinyons on Log Hill. These 4 acre m/l lots are separate from the more numerous tracts of land in Log Hill Village. You'll love the laid back feeling here and will enjoy your future neighbors-some of which have begun building their homes. There are laid back covenant and a quiet HOA, and the views are tremendous. The property that is for sale is Lot 2, and it's the second tract of land as you enter onto the Snowberry Lane cul-de-sac. From the road it rises gently to the east, with roughly a 30 foot gain as you go from the front to the back of the lot. This gives you fabulous Storm King and Cimarron mountain views, and the second floor views toward the south toward the Sneffels Range are especially nice. You'll appreciate how all is in place for you to start planning your future home: Paved roads lead right to your home from Ridgway and Ouray, there's a paid Dallas Creek Water tap. Natural gas and power are on the property and high speed internet was recently brought to the entire area. This is a perfect buy and hold property as there are no requirements for when you have to build. Purchase it now and start planning your future seasonal, year-round or weekend escape.
