(If you do not have an agent and work directly with the listing agent)
Beautiful land with a lot of flat ground, roadbeds in place, and mountain views located in scenic Creston close to Pond Mountain Game Lands and the New River. This property, made up of two parcels, has springs and a creek on it. Included in the purchase is a cabin shell that is built on a 16*12 frame and 6*6 rutters and can be moved to a different spot on the property. However, you will probably want to leave it right where it is, sit on the 6 ft porch, and wonder what took you so long to get back to the simplicity of life as you gaze upon the mountain peaks surrounding you. There is a small family cemetery on the hill to the right near the entrance to the land. This is a property, priced to sell, is like no other with altitudes reaching a little above 3400 ft.
