Rare 12-acre wooded parcel offers a chance to own a significant tract of private forest land just outside of Florence. Tucked away from the road, the property provides seclusion and serves as a natural habitat. The terrain is elevated, offering the potential for a peek-a-boo view of the Siuslaw River and plenty of space to create a private retreat. While currently wooded and unimproved, the land represents a rare land bank opportunity in an area where large acreage is increasingly difficult to find. This parcel is ideal for an adjacent landowner looking to expand their privacy buffer or for a buyer seeking a long-term investment in Oregon's coastal highlands. With its close proximity to town yet complete sense of isolation, it's a blank slate for those who value space, nature, and the quiet beauty of the Pacific Northwest forest. All building possibilities are subject to county approval, and buyers are advised to perform their own due diligence with Lane County Land Management. Boundaries pictured are approximate.
