A beautiful setting in the heart of Sister Lakes. This Round Lake cottage offers 50 feet of gorgeous, private, sandy beach frontage with no seawall and no steps to the water. The property extends 231 feet to the road, so it is a bit hidden and there is plenty of space for a garage. The yard is manicured and there are beautiful mature shade trees. Lovely sunsets with a terrific view facing West. The house is a walkout ranch and needs some renovating. But the location is awesome, a short walk to the new breweries, pizza and ice cream shoppe. Lots of options. Remodel going up and or out, or perhaps begin anew. The new aluminum pier is included. Round Lake is an all sport lake in the resort area of Sister Lakes, Michigan. The Lake Life is fabulous, but Sister Lakes has much more to offer. Taste the freshest produce from the local produce stands. Sample beers at our new breweries. Take a wine tour. SW Michigan offers 30 different venues. Great golf courses are just around the corner. Winter enjoyment, too, with miles of snowmobile trails and ice fishing. Sister Lakes is less than two hours from Chicago and just over 30 minutes from Notre Dame.Round Lake is unique because you can access restaurants via a boat.
