Everyone asks us for a rock-solid home that just needs to be updated cosmetically. This is as close to that as possible! So many updates already done: metal roof, chimney, and wiring. Good heating system in place! The farmhouse layout makes sense and each of the rooms is generous in size and, for such an older famrhouse, it amazingly already has a full bath on each level (though the one upstairs hasn't been used for years, not since the auntie left the water to run over the tub down into the kitchen - whoops)! High ceilings, blank slate, private yard with views towards Canada's Mt. Blue Ball, wildflowers, huge lilacs, fruit trees, several outbuildings (garage, a summer 'camp,' and storage), and a huge wrap-around porch add to the charm of this yesteryear property. Owned by the same family for a really long time, the seller is not in a position to update anything to suit buyer financing, so come with cash or a traditional mortgage.
