Perfect spot in a wonderful cove with nearly 120 feet of beautiful shoreline. They even have 2 docks and still have plenty of wonderful swimming space. Home has been loved, cared for & updated with newer flooring, roof, fresh paint etc. The biggest update was a new septic system installed just a few years ago. One of the coolest features of the property is the gentle topography from the house/deck to the lake. The house sits close to the water and there are only a few steps to ground level. The retaining wall is also nice as it holds back the parking area to provide a huge lakefront flat spot. Its easy to get to and use the lake! Plenty of parking and even a garage to store your toys. The home is 3 bedrooms and 2 baths but the sellers have very nicely finished the area above the garage adding 2 additional bedrooms and a 3rd bath. This is a great area for family, guests or anyone that loves visiting the lake. Home has done well on vacation rental the last several years and is completely ready if that interests you. Fully stocked with furniture, furnishings, electronics, & everything you need to get started. Its hard to find a property that can sleep this many at this price point.
