Very rare waterfront property in the beautiful community of Oak Point. This property has it all. It has a cabin that has been grandfathered into the current community rules and regulations. These types of structures are not allowed on RV lots so this is truly a rarity, indeed. There are 5 lots included so you can bring your friends and family with you and they can park their RV's and have their own space. There are two electrical hookups on site for your convenience. The cabin is about 400sqft and will come furnished. The motor home is included in the sale, along with the propane tank, and the large water storage tank. There are two sheds on site, one is large enough to store multiple 4 wheelers and other toys, and the other one is perfect for yard equipment or anything else you want! This property is not going to last long so call today and make this great piece of Texas YOUR next piece of Texas.
