Great investment opportunity in Fruita! This well-maintained 8-plex offers eight spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bath units, each with approximately 1,022 sq. ft. and in-unit washer / dryer hookups. Tenants pay their own gas and electric (individually metered), while the owner covers water, sewer, and trash. Recent updates include wood laminate flooring in select units, replacement of water heaters as needed. The roof was replaced approximately 11 years ago. Seller prefers to sell both properties together but may consider individual sales.
