Nestled on the western slope of the central Rocky Mountains in Colorado is the beautiful historic town of Crested Butte, known as "Colorado's Last Great Ski Town," and this is the only opportunity to own the largest residence, all on four lots in the Town of Crested Butte. Incomparable for its intrinsic value, including location, size and quality of construction, finishes, amenities and the fact it cannot be replicated. Constructed of insulated 8" steel reinforced concrete and log wall on the coveted West end of Gothic Avenue. Attention has been paid to every detail with formal and informal living areas, solid wood cabinets and tiled floors, wood trim throughout including 120 year old wainscoting. Includes wine cellar, media room, billiards parlor, hot tub, gym, 2 wet bars, central vacuum, landscape sprinkler system and concrete safe. Two of the full baths include steam shower. All 6 bedrooms are ensuite. Plus two powder rooms. An elevator shaft accesses all four floors including the 2,000 square foot view deck offering 120 degree mountain views and BBQ kitchen area. The two building sites at this location would bring at least $5 million vacant. This home is priced well under 1/2 of the replacement value.
