27 Acres with Lake Michigan Sunset Views - Two Parcels Available at $600,000 Each This 27-acre property in the heart of Leelanau Township offers a rare combination of wide-open countryside, wooded privacy, and unforgettable Lake Michigan sunset views. The township allows one home per 10 acres, and the seller is offering a proposed split: one 13-acre parcel with existing infrastructure and one 14-acre parcel of rolling open ground with elevated view sites. Each parcel is available for $600,000, and the seller is also open to alternative boundary lines to meet a buyer's needs. The 13-acre parcel includes a three-car garage in usable condition, an existing well, septic system (condition unknown), electrical service, and a driveway access from Christianson Road rather than busy M-22. A large barn and a home are also present on the property. The home and barn speak to the property's history but will require significant effort to revive. Buyers will need to decide whether to breathe new life into these structures or start fresh with their own design. The most desirable building site on this parcel is separate from the current home, positioned for panoramic Lake Michigan views. The 14-acre parcel offers wide-open building possibilities with an equally impressive view site overlooking the countryside and the lake. Both parcels feature building sites where photos (taken from a 20-foot elevation) capture the sweeping, colorful sunsets that make Leelanau County so prized. Opportunities like this are rare: acreage with utilities, flexible boundary options, and dramatic views of Lake Michigan - all just minutes from local favorites like Fisher's Happy Hour near Gill's Pier. Whether you envision building a dream home, creating a private retreat, or simply securing a piece of Leelanau's most sought-after landscape, this property offers a canvas with endless potential.
