Build your dream home in the desirable Forest Beach community, a private Lake Michigan neighborhood spanning more than 49 acres of woods and dunes. This wooded lot offers some views of both Lake Michigan and Lake Macatawa, along with 3 deeded beach access points ideal for sunset walks and relaxing days by the water. Uniquely, it is 1 of only 3 properties with a parking easement at the 'Chicago Addition,' allowing you to drive your car or golf cart and park steps from the beach, perfect for jet skis and beach gear. The property also backs directly to Sanctuary Woods, providing 40 acres of trails that will likely remain undeveloped. A foundation from prior build plans remains, with build plans for a 4,000+ sqft home designed to fit, as well as an alternate 2,000-sqft concept with rooftop deck. Originally reserved by the developer, this building site offers convenient access to Lake Macatawa marinas, scenic hiking and biking trails, and is just minutes from Holland and Saugatuck. Driveway starts shared with neighbor to east. Can park on road and walk up to site where foundation is or pull up to foundation. We believe foundation could still be used. Three beach accesses are the set of stairs on left after about 2 or 3 homes when entering Forest Beach, then just before entering Forest Beach on left near Foxhill where other foundation is. Then at the end of Foxhill before turning left onto Indianapolis. Thirdly all of the Scenic Shores 1000+ feet of beach is shared. Set of gated stairs is to the left of the large White House with silver metal roof on Sailview.
