Chateaux 304C is a beautifully updated and fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo directly across the street from the ski resort with wonderful amenities and strong rental income. This is a rare ground floor condo that is accessible without any stairs. The kitchen was fully renovated with custom cabinets, stainless appliances, granite counters and beautiful reclaimed barn wood details. The dining room allows for all to gather after a full day of skiing and seats 3 at the bar and room for 8 at the table. You can also cozy up around the wood burning fireplace to watch movies or your favorite team. The covered deck is the perfect spot for apres ski and summer dining. Each bedroom is spacious and offers an en-suite bathroom. Something that is hard to find in most condos is in-unit laundry and there is a stacked washer and dryer plus extra storage. This is an end unit condo so there are windows on the south side allowing nice views of Mt. Crested Butte and plenty of natural light. The Chateaux condos are popular for rentals, vacation homes and year round living. The clubhouse is the perfect gathering place for larger groups or events and the outdoor heated pool and hot tub are a hit for the whole family. The free shuttle picks you up just steps from your door to take you to the base area or downtown Crested Butte for dinner. You can also take the staircase down to cross Gothic Road and walk to the slopes or any of the wonderful on-mountain dining and shopping establishments. This is a turn-key condo with beautiful finishes and details that has a proven track record for short term rentals.
