A beautiful balance of elegance and urban industrial design! This condo really shows off the tall ceilings, exposed beams and rustic brick walls. Once the Historic Suites Hotel the history of the building is seen as soon as you walk into a breath taking foyer on your way to the first floor unit. The kitchen has granite, tons of cabinets, and a bar that keeps the floorplan open to the dining and living areas. Near ceiling height windows give the space lots of natural light. The master bedroom boasts the same beautiful brick and windows as the living area. Master bath has tile floor, double vanity, and oversized shower. Walk in closet and separate laundry/storage room are off the master bath. Unit comes with a covered garage parking space (space #0.1) and extra storage in the basement. Walking distance to the Trolly, River Market area, restaurants, and current owners walk to the P&L District and Kauffman Center. The Sellers LOVE this condo, but they also love their grandchildren so they are moving closer to the family!
