Looking for a cabin in the woods? This secluded property has 2.90 acres with a very unique cabin type open floor plan with a lot of personality with concrete floors, barn tin ceilings, an oak carved stairway to a non conforming bedroom or a 2nd living space. The other bedrooms and bath is downstairs. One of those needs a closet so it is considered to be non conforming. There is old barn wood in the house that is over 100 years old; along with a beautiful door that was out of an old school. There is also a secret storage or small area under the stairs behind a wall. The kitchen island is amazing with a lot of cabin charm. The house has central heat and air; all electric. There is a wood stove that will stay. They use it for their heat source; but can be a back up source. There is a garage that is not completed; it will remain that way. There are over $ 3500. worth of cabinets staying.
