Set on approximately 18 acres in Leelanau Township, this property combines a historic barn, sizable garage/storage space, and open acreage just minutes from Northport, Omena, Suttons Bay, and Leland. Opportunities with this level of land, character, and flexibility are increasingly rare in Northern Michigan real estate, especially in close proximity to Lake Michigan communities. The primary residence is a HUD manufactured home and should be considered a fixer-upper. The main footprint and layout are already established, creating a strong foundation for buyers willing to complete updates and renovations. With vision and investment, the home has the potential to become a comfortable year-round residence, guest property, or long-term Northern Michigan retreat. The home is well suited for duplex use or a lower-level guest living area, offering flexibility for extended family or visitors. Outdoor features include a balcony and terrace, providing elevated views across the surrounding countryside. The layout offers substantial square footage and adaptability for buyers who value space and customization. A 47 x 26 detached garage adds further versatility and could serve as a workshop, studio, storage building, or future accessory space, subject to Leelanau Township zoning and buyer due diligence. The historic barn reinforces the property's rural character and expands the range of possible uses, from agricultural to creative or recreational.
