There are so many possibilities with this open floor plan home. You enter the home in the large mud room so people have a place to take off their shoes and coats. Right off the mudroom you enter the home and are greeted by vaulted ceilings and an abundance of windows allowing for plenty of natural light. The kitchen has bright white cabinets and allows you to feel connected to everyone in the living room due to the homes open floor plan. The enclosed porch could be easily made into an additional room without much work. The house is on a nice lot with trees that shield it from the road and a partial privacy fence. The propane monitor heater allows you to heat the whole house very economically. There is also a slab with an electric hook up if you want to park a camper on the property. The location of this house offers so many possibilities, just 7 minutes from the international bridge to Canada, you are close to Massena, Alex Bay, Clayton, Watertown and just down from the mighty St. Lawrence River.
