Offered for the first time in years, this timeless 1928 mountain lodge is nestled in the coveted enclave of Crest Estates-a private, storybook neighborhood where listings rarely surface. Tucked among towering pines, this home blends rich historic character with refined modern upgrades. The moment you enter, you're greeted by soaring two-story trestle-beamed ceilings and a floor-to-ceiling rough-hewn granite fireplace that anchors the sun-drenched great room. Nearly every room-save the bathrooms-boasts sweeping panoramic views of Lake Arrowhead, stretching almost to the marina. The main level features a chef's kitchen with brand-new, never-used appliances (still in protective wrap), custom cabinetry, and a statement powder room. A charming mid-stair window seat offers a moment of retreat with breathtaking views of both lake and forest. Upstairs, the primary suite reigns supreme with its own private balcony and open loft-style landing, creating a secluded sanctuary above it all. Downstairs, find a secondary bedroom and utility room with direct access to updated systems including FAU and a tankless water heater-plus space to add a bathroom. To keep things low maintenance, a new septic system and electrical panel round out the system updates. Outside, a fully renovated detached guest house provides studio-style luxury with its own lake views. While this property does not currently hold lake rights, consider pursuing them via an Arrowhead Woods lot purchase. In the meantime, you'll enjoy a setting so private, serene, and visually commanding it barely seems real. This is not just a home-it's a legacy opportunity. Properties like this whisper through the market. By the time you hear them, they're already gone.
