A Mark Simmons Masterpiece. Luxury French Colonial estate with a Creole flair boasts great historical charm and magnificent views. This one-of-a-kind home, built by Ned Newsome, offers 150 year old hardwood floors & beams originally from a nineteenth century Nashville business. The beautiful architecture is enhanced by the bricks repurposed from the old Nashville Ice House built in the 1800's. Woodwork in several rooms made from Louisiana Cypress trees. Unparalleled craftsmanship construction and details throughout including five fireplaces, custom built-ins, beamed ceilings, private study, antique light fixtures, bedroom suites, and expansive windows spanning the back of the home. Expansive front porch overlooks the beautifully landscaped yard. Tiered back yard has multiple levels for leisure. There is also a space to add a swimming pool with a view (see virtually staged pool photos). A truly remarkable home in a great location.
