This 3.36 acre lot is flat and very wooded with large trees. This parcel is also located two lots prior to the incredibly well-knownMacKenzie's farm. In case you're unfamiliar with MacKenzie's farm, it is a 150 to 200 acre farm in which primarily families can take kids of all ages out toexperience an old fashioned farm. You can choose to pull your kids around in a wagon or let them run free in this safe environment. You can decide tomake in the family event to pick your own fruits and veggies or you can go into their old fashioned store and buy the same fresh fruits and vegetables. They also have an assortment of fresh breads and other localy made items in my opinion there freshly made cider donuts covered in sugar and cinnamonour hands down my favorite. The location of the lot offers a lot of convenience as far as commuting is concerned only minutes away from the highwaybut it also gives you the feel of being a long way from anything busy.
