Welcome to this thoughtfully updated single level home nestled at the end of a cul de sac in the Eleele Nani subdivision. With no HOA and fee simple ownership, this property offers an accessible entry point into island homeownership. This home has been tastefully refreshed from top to bottom. Inside you'll find new flooring, new lighting fixtures, new ceiling fans, new pocket doors, and fresh paint throughout both exterior and interior. The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets, an island with new quartz countertops, a built-in stove with ventilation, and all new appliances. Both bathrooms have been renovated, with the half bath featuring new tile and a stainless steel sink. A new roof tops it all off, and an owned solar water heater keeps utility costs low. The home is connected to county sewer and enjoys fiber optic internet service. Eleele sits at the heart of everything the west side has to offer. Hanapepe town is just minutes away, with locally owned restaurants, art galleries, and a Friday night art walk that has become a staple of the community. Port Allen Small Boat Harbor is equally close, serving as the island's primary launch point for Na Pali Coast boat tours, snorkeling charters, and sunset cruises. When the mood calls for higher ground, Waimea Canyon and Kokee State Park are a short drive up the road, offering sweeping views and some of the best hiking on the island.
