Commanding one of the largest and most remarkable panoramic ocean views anywhere in the Hawaiian Islands, the residence at 426 Wailau occupies a truly iconic location in the uppermost heights of Launiupoko. This 25 + acre, agriculturally-zoned mountain top retreat offers an exclusive Westward perspective of the Auau Channel that spans from Sweetheart Rock on Lanai almost completely to Elephant Rock on Molokai. After driving through the gated entrance you will feel the collective magnitude of the property and anticipate the comforts found inside this ambitious, newly-constructed residence. In the spring of 2023, after 18 months of construction, the renowned Imagine It Builders delivered a modern luxury masterpiece with 6,682 square feet of single-level interior living space designed to occupy two expansive wings as well as a central open living area and kitchen. The North Wing features the primary suite with not one, but two, full en-suite bathrooms, including a steam shower and soaking tub. The North Wing, connected to the 4 car garage, also features a powder room in the hall, a pantry, and laundry room. The South Wing features 4 bedrooms, all with ensuite baths, a fully outfitted gym, and a flexible room for entertaining complete with wet bar. From the living area, massive retractable sliding glass doors open up to almost 2,000 square feet of covered outdoor lanai space with a 70 ft wide pool and 12ft wide hot tub. An outdoor kitchen and bar complement the lanai while all of the bathrooms feature their own private, connected outdoor showers to rinse off when coming back into the home. Every material finish has been thoughtfully designed and impeccably constructed, it isn't hyperbole to say that there are simply too many amazing features to list in a few paragraphs. This is one you will have to see to believe!
