North Shore Lake Camanche residential lot in a nice cul-de-sac. Build your dream home with a view of gorgeous North Shore Camanche. Sewer moratorium in place which means no connections available but last I heard Amador Water Agency is working on grants to expand the sewer system. This land would not be this price if there was not a moratorium. Harrah's Northern California Casino and Steakhouse/sports bar is a few miles away. Community owned Papoose park and pond is also a few miles away and the park has tennis and basketball courts, fishing pond, playground and shaded area for picnicking.
