Amazing opportunity to own a farm or hunting destination in north east Washington County. This scenic farm is about 60% clear, mostly on ridge lines, with easily accessible mature cedar and hardwood trees (high potential to harvest significant lumber), and bounded on the rear and east with creeks (Rush Run on rear rarely runs dry). Surveyed in 3 tracts that could be sold separately. Three farm ponds, lots of potential for cattle, horses, sheep or other livestock. Abundant deer, turkey and other wildlife. Home is a 1950 (not verified) home that needs considerable upgrade for modern living. It had electricity working in 2018, but not currently connected (AC units run from a storage bldg near road that does not convey). Heat is via a wood stove, but there was a heat pump prior to 2018 (condition unknown and sold as is). Electricity will not be applied to the home for inspection. Behind the house there is a large well built garage with a full bath (no finished). There is no septic system on the property. Barn is a converted cattle barn with some stalls and a machine shed attached.
