(If you do not have an agent and work directly with the listing agent)
This property boasts the hidden gem of a life with nature located on 4.2 acres. This single wide home is not a livable home currently and is used for storage only, 4 additional sheds, one being brand new and the definite livable space kind of shed. There is a very nice outdoor lounge and outdoor kitchen space to relax and undwind. One of the sheds has electric to it and has been totally remodeled. It has a nice steady creek with a small bluff and ample trees to shade the property. Privacy for sure and located with 1/2 mile of Montgomery County State lake for nightly fishing. The home site has electric, rural water, and a septic system (not up to code, selling as is).
