Investors delight in Harrisburg! These two homes on an amazing .28 Acre corner lot are perfect for someone looking to own an established rental with good rents! One home is a stick built 2 bedroom 1 bathroom, and the second is a manufactured home, not attached to the land, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both homes are in solid condition, but a little TLC would do wonders! With schools and public amenities just around the corner, this is the ideal investment for anyone looking to start their journey or someone looking to pad their portfolio! Rents are available upon request, and the tenants require 24 hr. notice for any showings. Seller is motivated and would prefer receiving an offer before any showings. Both homes are actively rented, but the stick built homes tenants have put in notice for January 1st.
