Welcome home to 32728 NE Chamberlain Rd in beautiful Springdale Oregon, at the entrance to the beautiful Columbia River Gorge. This 2.8 acres of ground is likened to the Garden of Eden as it is landscaped and manicured. A multitude of various types of flowers grace and trim the landscape while manicured fruit trees produce a variety of fruits. The garden space includes three kinds of grapes, 10 blueberry bushes, a row of thornless blackberries, and a row of raspberries. The home itself features 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with 2300+ square feet of living space. Recently remodeled kitchen in 2021 with alder cabinets and silestone countertops, new roof and siding in 2022, and interior paint and carpet in 2025-2026. Both updated bathrooms feature granite countertops. There are plenty of built-in bookshelves, two hall closets, and an 8'x10' pantry off the attached double garage for all your extras. Watch the birds and wildlife while you sit on the back deck looking at the peek-a-boo view of the Columbia River. And when you need to go west to town or to points east, you are 5-10 minutes away from access to I-84. Gresham and Troutdale are a mere 15 minutes away, and PDX is of easy access too.
